Rinat Akhmetov’s Humanitarian Aid+Help Centre provides assistance in four major areas, such as evacuation of children, orphaned children, mothers with many children, handicapped persons, seriously ill patients and elderly persons from the military areas; accommodation of refugees in holiday centres, health resorts and camps outside the military area; provision of humanitarian aid to people inside and outside the ATO area; addressed aid, including to underage children, who lost their parents during military actions.

The hot line operates 24 hours per day; calls are free from all phones. As of January 26, 2015, Rinat Akhmetov’s Foundation evacuated 39 163 people, including 14 706 children.

The production capacity of the clay extracting plants is about 4 million tonnes per year. The Group develops eleven pits, extracting over 100 grades of clay. The extracted clay is sold in twenty-five countries of the world to the world leading companies manufacturing ceramic tiles, bricks, sanitary ware, refractory and other ceramic products.
