Nadiia Kaznacheieva has been Investment Director at umgi since September 2018. Prior to joining umgi, Nadiia served as Deputy Minister for Infrastructure of Ukraine, was then Advisor to the Minister, and Head of Projects for the National Investment Council of Ukraine under the President of Ukraine. While occupying these positions, Nadiia was responsible for attracting investment, introducing corporate governance into state-owned companies, preparing for privatisation, as well as for the development of public–private partnerships and concessions. Prior to working on public sector reform, she headed M&A direction for the Altius (formerly Golden Gate Business) Investment Company. Nadiia took part in negotiating a series of M&A agreements for the company in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, real estate, retail, and other sectors. Nadiia graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and has a Master’s Degree in International Economics.
